Music Therapy

The Sound That Helps You Stop

Music therapy is conducted by a certified therapist and can have a real therapeutic character.

Depending on the needs of the session, elements of therapy are combined with mindful listening to harp music, supporting stress reduction, emotion regulation, and safe emotional experience. The form of work is always adapted to participants and the character of the institution.

Care homes / elderly people

Calm music promotes comfort, a sense of security and gentle stimulation.

Schools and institutions

Mindfulness sessions, relaxation, workshops on sound — in a friendly form.

Support centers

Gentle musical sessions as an element of atmosphere and tension regulation in the group.

Libraries / culture

Intimate gatherings featuring the harp, silence and storytelling — for those seeking peace and quiet.

What does a session look like?

Sessions can take the form of therapeutic sessions with elements of music therapy, supportive group activities or individual work with sound. The program is tailored individually — taking into account the age, mental condition of participants and the purpose of the session.

  • • gentle harp music at a pleasant volume
  • • simple breathing exercises and mindfulness (optionally)
  • • brief introduction and closing of the session
  • • opportunity for conversation after the meeting (depending on the needs of the participants)
